Bio of Judy Nuss-Steele, Ph.D.

Photo of Treasurer Judy Nuss-Steele.Dr. Judith Nuss-Steele is a retired research biochemist and president of her home-based company, JL Citation Services, Ltd. In 1962, Judith joined Nu Chapter at Penn State, where she served as vice-president (1965-1966). National GWIS experience includes: Parliamentary Committee (1976-2006), Grand Chapter Meeting Parliamentarian (30 years), Nominating Committee (1979-1982). A life GWIS member, Judith has attended many National GWIS meetings and joined Omega Chapter (1971). Treasurer experiences include: The Edmonton Springer Spaniel Club (20 years), Environmental Systems Analysis Lab, Ltd, (a home-based consulting company) and JL Citations Services Ltd. (her own home-based company). Judith received her Ph.D. (biochemistry) from Penn State (1965), her M.Sc. degree (biochemistry) from Penn State (1962), and her B.A. degree (chemistry) from Hofstra University (1960).
